A contingent offer, versus a non-contingent offer. What’s the difference?
This one’s actually pretty simple to understand, but this is more relevant right now since we’re in a shifting market. This is important to remember right now since the real estate market in Bay Area has become a slightly less sellers market and in some areas a balanced market and now we are seeing more concessions to the buyer such as points buy down and contingencies.
